>> CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Key Role Statement:
> Responsible for activities of the project related to the construction of the project.
> Responsible for construction site activities and the coordination of the work of all trades on a construction site.
> Coordination and handling of related subcontractors from piling through architectural finishes and process utilities.
> Planning and integration of the all materials, equipment, and systems in accordance with the contract documents.
> Give precise instructions to contractors on responsibilities for correct work methods.
> Overall responsible for ensuring that construction work is carried out in conformance with plans and specifications.
Deliverables:
> Develops with the Team a 2 week look ahead schedule as well as other logistical schedules, and activities that are a normal part of this position
> Liaise with Building Construction Engineers and Supervisors to coordinate trade craft delivery of materials.

>> QA/QC MANAGER
Key Role Statement:
> To manage day to day QA/QC activities and coordinate with Client relevant parties to ensure that the project QA/QC activities are executed on schedule and in accordance to project and Client’s requirements.
Deliverables:
> Report to Project Manager for all QA/QC matters of the project,
> Prepare and maintain the project Quality Assurance Plan,
> Develop and implement the QA procedures of the project,
> Liaise with Procurement Manager to incorporate QA/QC requirements in tender documents,
> Evaluate QA/QC elements of tender document,
> Review and agree surveillance programme with Construction Managers,
> Carry out high-level review of Quality Plans and ITPs,
> Organize and facilitate quality audit program,
> Chair the Quality meetings with the Client and Sub-contractors,
