Three core technical teams are set up by YANZ which include R&D, Engineering and Operation based on the targeted service fields for example factory construction and operation, new product research and development. The sources of each engineer team are flexible, some of them are full time, some of them are part time, and also some of them are from our partners. A dedicated project team will be set up for detailed execution and organized by project manager depend real business needs.
